Method
Pure Ingredients
The cakes we make are filled with airy mousses and fruit purée. We make these mousses ourselves using fresh ingredients. Our buttercream (which we only use to cover the cake) is made with egg whites, which makes it taste like a sweet cream, not butter.
Luxury fillings
We don't work with "standard or deluxe" flavors; our deluxe flavors are standard! And that doesn't affect the price. You can choose the flavor combination yourself: during the tasting, we'll present you with three different flavor combinations to give you an idea of the possibilities.
Think champagne mousse with raspberries, passion fruit mousse with strawberries, and Swiss cream with tropical fruit. If you'd prefer something different, we'll make it to your liking.
A fondant
The fondant to cover the cakes is made as thin as possible
(± 2 to 3 mm) rolled out so that the flavours of the fillings are not overpowered by fondant.
Fixed prices
We offer fixed prices per complete project. We value clarity and transparency! There's no minimum order amount, no price per flower or other decoration: the number of flowers on the final cake may differ from the initial design. This means you don't have to compromise on the final result and you won't be surprised by extra costs for stacking cake tiers or adding more flowers; it's all included in the price.
